Portable Generator Modules
Generac Generator 4000EXL. The engine runs, but a large throbbing between idle and full power. Any idea?
I have a Generac is 4000EXL few years. I am familiar with the engines, so I give it a tuneup, but something must be wrong with the electronics. If I try to start control mode idle, it stops instantly. If I run in control non-rest, it beats between idle and full power at a rate of 60Hz ~. I think it may be the disk controller Power Module, but want to be sure before spending $ 70. Work is progressing automatically when the device has a truckload? Check the links before strangulation for the proper operation, if it is OK, then it is probably the DMPR. I check all electrical connections before you buy anything and continue to work this weekend. Do you own the voltage to the regulator? Take readings with an analog meter in the terminal, not the case.
