Watt Generator
What can I power with a generator of 6250 watts?
I am trying to understand how the power of this generator may have before buy. It is a Coleman generator 6250 watts maximum. If you have any idea it would be appreciated. Thank you!
My generator is rated 5500 Watts continuous, 6750 watts surge. During power outages, it connects to a transfer of food group selected circuits in the house. It comes with pump wells, septic tanks, including several circuits kitchen microwave and toaster ovens, lights in the kitchen, hallways and rooms, oven, refrigerator and freezer. When the connection I make sure that all circuits are first out voltage, then turn them one at a time to avoid overloading the generator. Once it is up and running is good for the day on a tank of fuel.
